Rental Requirements
Applicants must show proof that they have an annual income that equals or exceeds two times the annual cost of rent, and applicants without a housing subsidy must have a credit history with no open bankruptcy or high level of collections and/or charge offs. An application is usually approved by 72 hours.
You can conveniently pay on-line, or in the office with check or money order.
No you are not required to maintain renters insurance, however we highly recommend you obtain renters insurance for your personal belongings.
Internet and satellite providers that service Aloha Vegas are: LV Net, Century Link, Hughes Net, T-Mobile, Dish, DIRECTV and coming soon Kwikbit.
You can always get terminate your lease early with the proper 30 days written notice and paying a lease termination fee.
To establish service, you will need to call Southwest Gas at 877-860-6020 and Nevada Energy at 702-402-5555.
No utilities are included in rent.
Amenities
Parking is available next to the trailer.
Our amenities include a gym, clubhouse, laundry facility, dog park, and play area.
Yes, our community is pet friendly.
A fridge, stove, and dishwasher are the standard appliances.
We do not offer furnished homes at this time.
Maintenance
All homes are given a thorough once-over and repair any major issues before you take possession. We will have created a blank slate which means we will have the walls painted a neutral color, clean the entire home to include windows, fixtures and flooring.
No, you do not need to be present for work to be completed. We will ask your permission to enter your home if you will be away.
Yes, we have 2 on-site maintenance persons.
Call our leasing office any time to place a work order. You can leave a message in our general mailbox for non-emergency repairs and you can speak to an after hours agent for anything deemed as an emergency.
Lock outs are considered a responsibility of the resident.
